Corporate Flower Gifting Guide
Send flowers to clients for openings, milestones, thank-yous and festive seasons; budget roughly S$80–S$300 per recipient depending on the relationship; check the recipient's gift policy; and use auspicious colours and clear ribbon wording for Singapore business occasions.
When businesses send flowers
- Grand openings and relocations: a flower stand at the entrance is a Singapore business tradition. See grand opening flowers.
- Client milestones: anniversaries, listings, awards and promotions.
- Thank-yous: after closing a deal or a successful project.
- Festive seasons: Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali and Christmas.
- Employee moments: birthdays, work anniversaries, new babies and farewells.
- Condolences: discreet, appropriate arrangements — always confirm customs with the family first.

Gift policy and compliance
Many organisations — especially public-sector agencies and regulated industries — limit the value of gifts staff can accept. Ask, or keep gifts modest and clearly non-transactional. Flowers are generally considered an acceptable courtesy gift.
Colours, wording and etiquette
Red, gold, orange and yellow signal prosperity and success for business occasions; avoid all-white designs for celebrations. Keep card wording short and professional, include both company names, and double-check spelling. More cultural notes in our Chinese flower meanings guide.
Making bulk orders easy
Prepare a spreadsheet with recipient names, addresses, phone numbers and card messages. Order at least a week ahead for 20+ gifts, and earlier before festive peaks. Our corporate gifts team handles invoicing and multi-address delivery, and our office flower service covers recurring needs.
