Freshness is mostly about what happens before the flowers reach you. Stems are recut and rested in clean, cool water so they are fully hydrated before they are designed. Bouquets are made on the day of delivery and travel with a water source around the stems, so they arrive ready to go straight into a vase.
In Singapore’s heat, the biggest threat to freshness is warmth and bacteria. Our flower care guide covers the three simple habits that add days to vase life: a clean vase, fresh water every two days and a fresh diagonal cut.
Many favourites (such as peonies and some tulip colours) are imported and seasonal. When a stem is unavailable or below our quality standard, we substitute with a flower of the same colour and equal or higher value and keep the overall look and size. If a particular flower is essential, mention it in your order notes.
Fresh flowers win on scent, colour range and that wow moment on arrival. If you need something to last for months, for example for a desk or a keepsake, look at preserved flowers or dried flowers.
Typically 5–7 days, depending on the flower variety and room temperature. Chrysanthemums, orchids and carnations can last well over a week. Read how to make fresh flowers last longer.
We buy from Singapore wholesalers who import from growers in countries such as Malaysia, the Netherlands, Kenya and Ecuador, plus local orchids. Availability changes with the seasons.
Send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund under our replacement policy.
